BSF Alumni
We take great pride in the achievements of our Alumni. Black Student Fund grant recipients have shown, over and over again, that when given the chance to obtain a powerful education, they not only succeed, but excel, attaining levels of accomplishment that exceed national standards.
BSF Alumni are today’s physicians, physicists and pharmacists; attorneys, accountants and analysts; engineers, educators, and economists — contributors to our community. Many now work in the Washington metropolitan area, returning in volume what has been given to them.
The Fund's more than four-decade history of building futures has yielded more than 2,000 grant recipients. Although we strive to stay in contact with our alumni, we have unfortunately lost track of many. As we begin our 45th year, the Fund is redoubling its efforts to locate former grant recipients. If you or someone you know were ever a recipient of a BSF grant, we would like to hear from you. Please call (202) 387-1414, or contact us and tell us where you live and what you are doing.
We look forward to hearing from you!
