The BSF Education Employment Network (EEN)

Black Student Fund’s Education Employment Network (EEN) is an employment referral program designed to increase administrator and teacher diversity in independent schools. By identifying and matching candidates and schools, EEN provides an outstanding applicant pool from which Member Schools  may hire African American professionals and those from traditionally underrepresented groups. Schools post current employment and career opportunities with EEN in order to facilitate the recruitment and hiring processes. 

EEN Application Candidate Information

Education Employment Network seeks individuals in a variety of disciplines with undergraduate or advanced degrees from accredited colleges or universities. Teacher certification is generally not required. Professionals are needed at all grade levels, pre-kindergarten through grade 12. Experience working with children and a willingness to participate in extracurricular activities are given additional consideration. School positions include:

  • Administrators: Division Leaders, Dean, Development, Admissions, Finance, Counseling areas
  • Teachers: English, Science, Math, History/Social Studies, Modern Languages, Fine & Performing Arts, Music, Physical Education/Coaching
