The Federal City Public Service Foundation (FCPSF) is pleased to announce the Dr. Jowava Morrow Book Scholarship. The Dr. Jowava Morrow Book Scholarship provides two (2) graduating high school seniors with $500 each towards the purchase of college books ($250 per semester).
